The IUP Archaeology Day Open House will be Saturday, October 28th from 1-3pm at McElhaney Hall.
Examine artifacts and faunal remains, try your hand at prehistoric technologies, watch artifacts print in 3D, and tour the laboratories! Lots of kids activities such as hand-painting, wampum, pottery, and more!
Enjoy archaeology themed snacks!
There will be stone tool making demonstrations, spear throwing, 3d-scanning and printing artifacts, bone lab and specimen tours. We can't wait to see you there!
